Our ribbon blender is designed for efficient and uniform mixing of food powders such as sugar, coffee, creamer, and premix.

It ensures fast blending, consistent quality, and reliable performance for continuous industrial production.

Ribbon mixer/blender is widespread in powder processing industries for dry mix mainly, and it's made of a shell with a "U" shape that the shaft is rotating an agitator. The agitator is designed as a double spiral ribbon that creates the convective powder movement of the materials in opposite directions achieving mixing homogeneously. 

It provides a robust mechanism to offer decent mixing performance at the end which is sufficient for many food and chemical applications.
