Working Principle:

It's known as Pin Mill grinder. The unground material is passing through the throat into the chamber by gravity and negative force, the gate opener is to adjust the amount of materials to be fed, where it is being pulverized by the high-speed rotary and stationary pin blades and size is to be controlled by screen mesh. The final powder product is being discharged from the outlet hopper.

The machine itself is designed mainly to downsize brittle and dehydrated materials, the speed control is an optional feature.
